“HOLDERS RETREAT” -is a combination of a newly renovated 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa and 2 fully furnished apartments within a self-contained gated property, available for short term vacation rental at The Holiday House Villas and Suites. Located on Barbados world renowned Platinum West Coast, in Holder’s Hill neighborhood of Paynes Bay. The property offers an intimate private setting and is situated on 14,000sq. ft. of landscaped grounds, complemented by lots of on-site parking.

Holders Retreat is a resort-style experience that you don’t have to share. Inside, this 5,500 sq. ft. residence boasts three self-contained suites. Spend the day together as a group, then retreat to your own private quarters, each with their own entrance, kitchen, dining area and outdoor spaces.
“Holders Retreat” is perfect for family gatherings, small group getaways, including retreats, workshops, etc. The property offers an array of flexibility with regards to your guest accommodations and comprises three various layouts totaling approximately 5,500 sq. ft..

The oversized master with its amazingly comfortable super king size bed fills a private floor upstairs and has a small office nook with a magnificent tropical view. The bathroom suite has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Spacious built in closets and private balcony overlooking the serene pool area completes this space. Two lower bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioners and all of the amenities of home. The floors, deck and courtyard are all covered with porcelain tiles, while granite and marble countertops enhance the kitchen and bathrooms.

A DAY AT HOLDERS RETREAT
Wake up in one of the six plush bedrooms, each with a double, queen, or king bed, and each decorated in its own style—from Boho chic to Bajan luxury. Linger under sumptuous sheets with a sea breeze rifling the curtains (each bedroom has A/C, as well).
If you’ve chosen, the king-size master suite (a great choice!) you can freshen up for the day in a spa-style en suite with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Or opt for “next level” pampering at the boutique spa within Holder’s Retreat, which we lovingly call “The Cavern Spa” for its stone-inlay walls, which make the space feel even more tucked away and serene. Upon arrival, our Guest Services Manager can arrange for private in-house massages, accompanied by treats like herbal teas, a champagne cocktail, or a cleansing juice. Your group are the only people who have access to The Cavern Spa.
Rejuvenated, head to your suite’s kitchen to brew coffee or tea to sip in the sunshine. Connect to the free, whole-house Wi-Fi to catch up on email, or connect with the group in one of several indoor/outdoor living spaces. Stretch out on the patio, with “refresh breaks” in the plunge pool. If your group requires additional accommodations, we may be able to offer you access to Holiday House Villa 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom with an additional plunge pool and larger outdoor area at the private residence next door. Please let us know in advance if you’re interested.
At dinnertime, choose from a laidback barbecue on the patio or an elegant seafront dinner at The Cliff, often considered one of the best restaurants in the world, thanks to its truly incredible cliffside view. If you bring a car to explore, plenty of on-site parking awaits.
The entire 5,500 sq. ft. residence and 14,000 sq. ft. of landscaped grounds are all yours to enjoy. Not only is the villa in a secure and prestigious location, it has a gated entry for even more privacy and exclusivity.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
On arrival at this home you will be welcomed by our Guest Relations Manager, who will introduce you to the property and its inclusive offerings. Additionally, optional services are available, which can include arranging a starter pack for your kitchen, such as tea, bread, juice, fruit, etc., as well as an on-site, personal chef as required or requested. Concierge services are also available before arrival or during your stay including: VIP airport fast track arrival service, securing event and restaurant reservations, local transportation, car hires, tours, excursions, water sports and much, much more.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The combined units have all the necessary amenities for a great gathering. (Wi-Fi, linens, 3 fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in 4 of the 6 bedrooms. At least one mid-stay clean is included with all reservations of 7 days or more. Additional cleans can be arranged upon request. Stays of less than a week incur a USD $150 cleaning fee.
