“BAJAN BREEZE” combines 2 apartment/suites within a self-contained gated property, available for short term vacation rental at the Holiday House Villas and Suites. Located on Barbados world renowned Platinum West Coast, in Holder’s Hill neighborhood of Paynes Bay, the property offers an intimate private setting and is situated on 14,000sq. ft. of landscaped grounds, complemented by lots of on-site parking.

The Space

“Bajan Breeze” highlights Boho chic merged with Bajan decor. You will adore this uniquely designed spacious 3 bedroom combined apartment comprised of two adjoining units: a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom loft-style apartment on 2nd floor with picturesque 180 degree views . The open flow design is tailored to the enjoyment of the tropical landscape which can be seen from the kitchen, living, dining and two private patio areas and captures the beautiful breezy atmosphere of Johns Plain. The adjoining one bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on lower level has a fully-equipped kitchenette with wooden shutters for windows in true Bajan style offering additional dining and seating area. The floors are all covered with porcelain tiles, while granite and marble countertops enhance the kitchens and bathrooms.

Interaction with Guests

On arrival at this home you will be welcomed by our Property Manager, who will introduce you to the property and its inclusive offerings. Additionally, optional services are available, which can include arranging a starter pack for your kitchen, such as tea, bread, juice, fruit, etc., as well as an on-site, personal chef as requested. Concierge services are also available before arrival or during your stay including: VIP airport fast track arrival service, securing event and restaurant reservations, local transportation, car hires, tours, excursions, water sports and much, much more.

Other things to note

The combined apartments are self-catering with the necessary amenities for a great getaway. (Wi-Fi, linens, fully equipped kitchen and additional kitchenette, ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in two of the bedrooms). At least one mid-stay clean is included with all reservations of 7 days or more. Additional cleans can be arranged upon request. Stays of less than a week incur a USD $100 cleaning fee.

Neighborhood overview

The Holder’s Hill area is well known on the island for its annual Performing Arts Festival- Holder’s Season, Sandy Lane Golf Course and home to the delightful Holders Farmers Market on Sundays. The market is set in the grounds of the historic Holders House, and overlooking the beautiful Holders Polo Field. Just a stone’s throw away from public tennis courts, a fully equipped public gym and within walking distance to the beach, local and gourmet restaurants and an exciting mix of trendy bars with live entertainment. (Approx. 10-minute walk downhill)

Getting around

If you are comfortable driving on the right side, a car would provide you with the maximum flexibility for touring the island. Public Transportation is readily available. Taxis are very affordable and are easy to organize in Barbados and there is a bus stop on the corner, which runs up and down the west coast from Bridgetown through Holetown and on to Speightstown. The buses run extremely frequently. Additionally, the property is ideally located for walking with easy access to many local areas of interest.
